Feature And Follow Friday (9).

A Weekly Meme Hosted By Parajunkee And Alison Can Read.

Q: When you’ve read a book, what do you do with it? (Keep it, give it away, donate it, sell it, swap it..?)

I don't like to give away my books when I've finished them unless I have a double, which because of that doesn't leave me with much room around the house.

  1. I'm the same page as you, I don't like giving away my books either! I sometimes buy doubles though because I'm super picky about the conditions of my book.

  2. Agree! only doubles are for lending/giving away (:

  3. I'm glad I'm an e-reader when it comes to spatial reasons, but I do miss the pretty hardcovers. What hardcovers I do have, I don't like to give away either.

  9. Hi,
Thanks for stopping by my blog!

If only I had more bookcases, I wouldn't be giving away any of my books. But sadly, that isn't the case and I tend to like space to maneuver around my room without fearing that I'll step on any of my precious books. So, all the books I deem bad reads, I give away or donate.

    Have a great weekend!

  44. I think running out of room comes with the Territory of choosing to be a reader. I actually like when books expand off my shelf and start stacking in corners or on tables. It's vanity thing, I know, because I think it makes me look like I read a lot. I lend them were I can, but I hate parting with all but the worst of books. Sometimes I have to make the sacrifice though.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I do not like to part with my books either.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
