Q: You are a matchmaker — your goal, hook up two characters from two of your favorite books. Who would it be? How do you think it would go?

I honestly sat here for quite a while trying to think of someone, anyone from two of my favourite books, but couldn't so I cheated and picked two characters from a favourite series that will never end up together.

I picked William - The Ever Randy (my favourite, Gena please write his book soon!) and Viola - Keeper Of Narcissism (one of my new favourite characters) from the Lords Of The Underworld Series by Gena Showalter.

Now for anyone who knows this series and has especially read Paris' book you will know that William is extremely vain and so is Viola, so you can imagine they'd be together and all they'd be talking about was their looks.

It may make for an extremely unhealthy relationship but would be extremely funny to read about.

Q: Summer Break is upon us! What would be the perfect vacation spot for you to catch up on your reading & relax?

Well living in Australia it's currently Winter here, but when it's Summer I like to go to Phillip Island in Victoria where I live.

And oh it's also the hometown of brothers Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Liam Hemsworth (Gale - Hunger Games).

Unfortunately I've never spotted them, damn!

Q: This Sunday in the U.S. is Mother’s Day, in celebration, what are some of your favorite books with strong mother/child relationships?

I would say Clary and her mum Jocelyn from the Mortal Instruments series.

Ok so her mum kept who she really was to herself but in the end it was to keep Clary safe.

Q: What is one thing you wish you could tell your favorite author?

Dear Stephenie Meyer,

I would be your slave for life if you would only finish writing and release Midnight Sun (Twilight from Edward's Point Of View) I understand that you were upset that a friend leaked part of the draft but you would be doing all of your Twilight fans a huge favour and make us all incredibly happy!

Q: Have you had a character that disappointed you? One that you fell in love with and then “broke up” with later on in either the series or a stand-alone book? Tell us about him or her.

This has never happened to me but I used to hate Jacob in the Twilight books but thanks to Taylor Lautner in the movies, I quite like him now, so yeah I've had the opposite happen.

Q: Fight! Fight! If you could have two fictional characters battle it out (preferably from books), who would they be and who do you think would win?

O.k not to show my obsessiveness with Twilight but I would pick Edward Cullen and Jacob Black I'd just be interested to see who would win.

Q: What is one book that you would be nervous to see a movie adaption of because you think the movie could never live up to the book?

Well one in production I'm wary about is the Mortal Instruments movie it's one of my favourite series and with the amount of troubles they've been having with casting, directors and deciding when to film the movie it has me worried.

And another series would be the Black Dagger Brotherhood I think they'd find it hard to cast any actors as the brothers.

Q: Have you ever bought a book BECAUSE of a bad review?

I've never brought a book because of a bad review, I have however brought books that have bad review's because I really wanted to read them anyway.

I definitely read only one book at a time because otherwise I confuse myself and I'd rather pay all my attention to one book at a time and I find I enjoy it more.

Q: Have you ever looked at book’s cover and thought, This is going to horrible? But, was instead pleasantly surprised? Show us the cover and tell us about the book.

I wasn't a big fan at all of this cover but the saying is true never ever judge a book by it's cover, I have never cried so much in a book, it's about a boy who's face is terribly disfigured and his parents have decided that he'll attend grade 5 at an actual school rather than continue being home schooled, and how other kids react to a person with a deformity.

I gave this 5 stars and cannot say enough good things about it.

Q: What book would you love to see made into a movie or television show and do you have actors/actresses in mind to play the main characters?

I picked one that has been announced to be filmed but they haven't yet cast any of the parts.

It is Paranormalcy - Kiersten White and cast as Evie I pick Candice Accola from The Vampire Diaries.

 I like unique names for characters and am looking forward to coming up with some when I start writing. What’s the most unique character name you’ve come across?

I would have to say Sirius (Black) and (Lord) Voldemort both from Harry Potter I can't see anyone ever naming their kids any of these two names.

Q: What would your prefer: reading your favorite book over and over again until you got sick of it OR reading 100s of mediocre books? And why?

I would pick reading my favourite book over and over, because you can never have too much of a good thing.

Ok well I definately avoid poetry, I just don't understand it and I'd rather read something that has more of a storyline to it.

At the moment I'm a big fan of Adele, Josh Groban and Rihanna.


My all-time favourites are: Mariah Carey (her old stuff), Celine Dion, Bon Jovi (their old stuff), Beyonce, Madonna (her old stuff), Leona Lewis and Michael Jackson.
There's more but it would take me quite a while to add them all.

Ok so after checking I have a total of 1,087 unread and owned books, that's not including the 18 books I have on pre-order.

My resolution after breaking four toes this year is to not break any bones at all next year!
